🧾 What is happening.

This is a rare error message and indicates that the file that stores pay rates and related information has become corrupt.

✅ Possible cause

One potential cause of this problem is the use of special characters in the product code during the definition of a metal panel (such as any one of these -@,#,$,%,;,:,^,&,,!,?,).

🛠️ Fix

Delete the file (or simply rename it) and the software will recreate it when you next define a product.

You could also edit the file in Excel and delete all the data that is obviously incorrect. Ensure that the list of data includes 'END' at the bottom of the list.
