🧾 What Zoom tools do

Zoom tools help you navigate around your roof model by changing magnification and position. Most zoom functions are available using your middle mouse button, including scroll wheel zoom in/out around cursor location, pan, and double-click to zoom fit.

When multiple views are displayed on screen, you must first select the view you want to alter. The current zoom scale is always reported in the status line at the bottom of the graphics area.

⚠️ Important notes

  • Zoom Fit only considers model points - circular elements may extend beyond the fitted view

  • If circles or curves appear cut off after Zoom Fit, use Zoom Out to increase the scale

  • Dynamic scroll with mouse wheel operates around cursor position - move cursor to desired zoom centre first
