The Simple mode hides rarely used or obscure menu functions, making the software especially suited for new users who might be confused with every single menu option being displayed in the Full menu. The Full mode displays all available functions for experienced users who need access to advanced features.

πŸ”§ How to switch between modes

  1. Access the menu mode settings through the interface options

  2. Select either Simple or Full mode based on your needs

  3. The interface will update immediately to reflect your choice

πŸ’‘ Tips for choosing the right mode

⚠️ Read-Only mode information

If you see Read-Only mode, this is displayed automatically on installed software that is not registered or the available license(s) are already in use by another operator in your organisation.
It provides the capability to review, edit and print reports and proposals. The Roof Wizard may be installed on any number of PCs in the office providing access to everyone in the office in Read-Only mode.

If a full web licence becomes available while in Read-Only mode, a message box appears asking if you wish to switch to 'Full Functionality' mode:

Typically, this would occur if the person using the full license closes out of the program, freeing up the full version for another operator.
