What it does
The About Software dialog displays your AppliCad Roof Wizard version information, license details, and expiry dates. This information is essential for software support requests, license renewals, and troubleshooting.
How to access software information
Open AppliCad Roof Wizard
Click Help in the menu bar
Select About Software from the dropdown menu
โThe About Software dialog will open, displaying your license information.
๐งพ Understanding the license information dialog
The About Software dialog shows several important details about your software installation:
Company ID | the unique identification for your company automatically generated |
User ID | the number allocated by AppliCad as each new operator is added to the License Manager system |
Computer and Instance ID | numbers generated by the License Manager system on startup |
The company ID may be regenerated by the company primary contact or by AppliCad if suspicious, or unauthorised use has been detected.
