How do I set up metal panel colours (Colours.dat)

Configure the list of available colours for metal panels and flashings using the Colours.dat data file.

Setup > Metal Colours

What it does

The Colours.dat file contains all the metal panel and sheet colour names that appear in Roof Wizard's colour selection dropdown menus. These colours are displayed when you want to set the colour for roof sheeting or flashings.

The Colours.dat file is a plain text file with a specific format:

; (semicolon)

Lines starting with semicolon are comments and are ignored by the system

Colour names

Each colour name on its own line, exactly as it will appear in the dropdown menu

END

Must be the final line in the file to mark the end of the colour list
