Define Print Options

Pre-set which reports print by default so you don’t have to select them each time. Set your default report list once, click OK, and future report printing can run with a single OK.

Tools > More… > Define Print Options (Pulldown menu only)

🧾 What this does

Once the report templates are designed and added to your list, you have the option to pre-set the reports that are printed by default.

This saves you the extra step of selecting them over and over.

✅ Printing next time is faster

Once set, select OK — next time you go to print your job reports, you simply select [OK] and it all just happens.
