How do I set up a price for flexible pointing for tile finishing?

Flexible pointing is a specialised finish for concrete and clay tiles that usually requires a separate charge rate.

This is set up with the labour rates. You need to go to:

Set Up > Set up Pay Rates > Tilers’ pay rates – fixed

In Tilers’ Pay Rates – Fixed, enter the value for:

Flexible pointing — The rate per metre for flexible pointing.

This is where you set the rate for the material (even though it is under the heading of Labour).

So if Flexible pointing is set to [Yes] when you select your tile, it will use this rate.
