โ€‹

The PDF File field allows linking documentation (typically product spec sheets) to create documentation sets for estimates without manual searching when requested by customers.

๐Ÿงพ Data storage

Shake definitions are saved to shakes_v6.csv and accessories are saved to shakeaccess.csv. PDF file links are stored in PDFS.CSV containing product codes and associated PDF filenames.

If a Drawing Report of type PDFReport is defined under Drawings, it will compile all linked PDFs for printing.

โš ๏ธ Important notes

  • Each shake must have a unique product code

  • Product codes associate shakes with their accessories

  • Use the same product codes as your suppliers for accurate ordering
