The reporting stage generates material and labour summaries from your completed roof estimates. After you've finished your estimate and checked pricing details, you can select from various report templates to extract and display specific information for different parties in your project.

Roof Wizard includes various report templates designed to extract different types of information from your estimates. These templates display the vast amount of data automatically created during the estimating process in organised, readable formats.

Once you've mastered the reporting system, it becomes extremely powerful for providing tailored information to suppliers, installers, and everyone in between on your roofing projects.

Once you are satisfied that the quotation is ready to be sent, select the [Print] button and select the report you need for the current situation:

The primary difference between Supply Only and Supply and Install reports is that Supply and Install includes installation labour costs alongside materials. Choose the appropriate report type based on whether you're providing materials only or a complete supply and install service.

Report templates must be properly configured to display information correctly. While this may initially seem complex, the system becomes highly effective once you understand how to select and customise the right templates for your needs.
