🧾 What it does
The Hip/Valley Dormer command allows you to automatically add a dormer roof to any existing hip or valley line on your roof model. The system constructs the dormer geometry automatically based on your input parameters.
🔧 How to use it
Choose the Hip/Valley Dormer command from the pulldown menu
Select the hip or valley line where you want to add the dormer roof
Input the appropriate values in the fields on the dialog box
Click OK to generate the dormer automatically
Remember, if you make a mistake, simply select Undo and try again.

You can create:
Dormer roof on a hip line
Dormer roof on a valley line
Both configurations are constructed automatically once you specify the parameters and confirm the placement.

Ensure you select the correct hip or valley line before opening the dialog
Preview your parameter settings before clicking OK
Use the Undo function if you need to adjust the dormer placement or settings
