🔎 What’s causing it?
Quote Groups is quite particular in so far as you MUST be consistent in your naming convention for the groups. If the total doesn't come across into the Word template, the first thing to check is the Quote Group names used in the setting up of the quote groups [Setup > Setup Pay Rates > Quote Groups], and then compare with the key text strings used on the report template.

Because the Quote Group name in the setup was Downpipe, not DPipe.
Edit the template or edit the Quote Group so that both groups are exactly the same.

⚠️ Important note about spaces
Also note that SPACES are NOT permitted in Quote Group names. A space truncates the name and it will not process.
